2. Services Provided
We provide an AI-driven proposal automation tool that helps freelancers generate and send proposals on Freelancer.com. Users must connect their Freelancer.com profile to utilize our services.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our service, you agree that you will:
- Provide accurate account information
- Use the service for legitimate freelancing purposes only
- Not engage in any unauthorized or fraudulent activities
- o improve our AI algorithm and user experience
4. Subscription & Payment
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except in cases where:
- We currently do not use third-party payment gateways. Instead, users must send payments directly to our bank account or crypto wallet.
- For international users (outside Pakistan), we accept payments via bank transfer or crypto wallets.
- For users within Pakistan, we support payments through Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, and crypto wallets.
- Once payment is received, your subscription will be activated manually within 24 hours.
- All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where the service is not provided due to technical issues on our end.
- Users must provide proof of payment to verify their transaction before account activation.
5. AI-Generated Content
Our AI generates proposals based on provided job listings and user preferences. However:
- We do not guarantee that every proposal will lead to a successful project.
- Users are responsible for reviewing and modifying proposals before sending them.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any:
- Loss of potential clients due to AI-generated proposals
- Rejection or non-responsiveness from employers on Freelancer.com
- Technical failures, service interruptions, or third-party platform restrictions
Our maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last billing cycle.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and AI-generated outputs provided by our service remain the intellectual property of Bidding Mate. Users may not copy, distribute, or resell our technology without permission.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts if users violate these terms, misuse the service, or engage in any illegal activities.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
